An initial consultation with our team

When you’re starting from scratch with a new home, it’s a good idea to visit our showroom – with your plans in hand. We can go over them together, and understand what you’re looking to achieve. If you’re renovating, we’ll come to you! Then we can see the space, understand your requirements, chat over your options and do a measure, so we can start to draw up your concept plans.

Concept drawings

Once your concept drawings are ready, it’s time to meet up again to go over the design. This is the opportunity to check that we’ve been able to capture what you’re after. We can discuss any changes required, and iron out all the details that will enable us to get closer to the final product.

Final design and quote

We’re almost there! It’s time to finalise the plans and put together a quote – which we would invite you to go through in person.

Molloy Process Quote

Once the quote has been accepted and we’ve received an initial payment, we will then organise to do a final site measure and finalise plans / tweak any last-minute details. If you’re not quite ready to proceed, but would like a full set of detailed plans, then an initial fee of $750 is payable for these. Any further changes to your plans after the fine tuning will be charged out at an hourly rate.
